An intentional movement class uniting static postures with balancing breath. Designed for alignment and body awareness to encourage connection, develop strength and nourish flexibility, this class offers modifications and options for accessibility. Great for the student who wants a physical practice that focuses more on held postures and slow transitions. (60min)

Wednesdays at 6:30pm
A slow and meditative class inviting you to drop into the sensation of held postures to release tension in the body. Yin yoga welcomes us into the opposite of the moving and loud of the day to nourish the still and quiet within. Postures support releasing the connective and fascia tissues of the body to encourage relaxation. A great balancing class for students who do a lot of movement practices. Restorative modifications for those with hyper mobility and during pregnancy available. (60min)

Mindful movement, guided breathing practices and restoration designed for the prenatal person for both nourishment and vitality. Supporting you in your journey while holding space for a community of mommas to share experiences. A class designed for all stages of pregnancy, with no previous yoga experience required. Come for the movement, stay for the community, leave feeling empowered! (60min)

Fridays at 12:30pm
A nurturing and strengthening practice that gently engages the body and calms the mind in a community. All pre-crawling babies are invited to bring their caregiver (mom, dad, grandparent) to bond through loving touch, precious sight, playful song, and inclusive movement. A great class for those in the postpartum period looking for a little bit of activity where you can be baby focused and supported. (60min)

An invigorating class focusing on strengthening the whole body through breath-guided movement. Here, students can expect a pairing of transitions with breath, options for movement in grounded and held postures, and asana building on each pose. Some familiarity with yoga helpful, yet not required. A class focused on accessibility with the returning student in mind. (60min)
